  • $100.00 per hour – requires a 2 hr minimum
  • $400.00 – half day (5 hrs)
  • $750.00 – full day (10 hrs)
  • Additional time: $100.00/hr

Reservations will require a 50% deposit to secure reservation date.

Cleaning Fee: $80.00 per event

Audio/Visual Fee: $80.00 per event

Proof of event insurance required

Damage Deposit required ($500.00) per event

Venue Details


The LOFT at SpeakLife is a second floor venue, containing 1600 square feet of space, with open concept exposed beams, and a classy farmhouse feel.

The LOFT can host up to 89 guests, with access to 12 round tables, 2 8ft rectangular tables, and 100 chairs. Black or white tablecloths are available, upon request* (*$5.00 laundering fee, per cloth).

The LOFT contains a Bluetooth accessible surround sound system, Bluetooth accessible projector screen and projector, as well as a sound board capable of featuring live music bands or individuals.

The LOFT has a small kitchenette (sink) as well as a bathroom, both located on the second floor for easy access and use.

The LOFT reservations will also include access to the first floor, with both men’s and women’s bathrooms, kitchen (for food storage only) and access to a refrigerator and freezer. Outside food and beverages are permitted for your event!
